Adult Classes,

Create – Open Studio – 18+ only

Create a way to meet other makers/artists and find your “tribe”.  Come to the studio, bring your project and hang out.

This is event is for 18+ ONLY!!!

Due to limited space, I would ask that if you are doing embroidery or small projects to use one of the smaller tables or just pull up a chair next to a workstation if you don’t necessarily need a workspace. I just want to make sure that everyone is comfortable. Feel free to bring some snacks. If the shop is full you might not be able to work on big projects so it is best to bring smaller ones to work on during this time.

This is also my nurture time for the month to work on projects of my own, so I do not teach during this time.

I have 4 sewing machines (first come first given – I can not reserve you a machine, it would be best if you have one to bring it with you) at can be used, you will need to bring your own supplies, which would include sewing kit, thread, scissors, seam rippers, marking tools, etc. I do have sewing kits available for rent for $5 if you do not bring your kit or have one.

Service/Emotional Support Dogs
Service dogs are allowed if they are helping with specific tasks, however during these events due to the number of people that may come, and due to pins and sharp objects that could be on my floor, emotional support animals are not allowed at this time.  Please understand I would love for everyone to have fun but I do have to think about the studio and dangers that it can cause for animals. I love fur babies and want them safe as well.

For more information regarding the legality of service vs. emotional support animals please see this article also for the state of OHIO.

**I will open/unlock the doors at 11:30 am, event will start packing up 5 till 2PM, please at that time pickup any messes that were made in your working area (threads/clippings etc)
