Reversible Tote with Pocket
Making a reversible tote with a pocket is one of my favorite projects with new sewists and advanced! This project has no pattern and is all measurements, so students learn that the tote can be made any size they wish! It’s a summer fun afternoon class focusing on techniques that are used in sewing projects regularly.
**Sewing 101 or Kids Sewing 101 is a required class before taking this class, as well as being able to work independently.
Materials to bring:
(2) half yard cuts of quilt weight cotton (44/45″ width)
– one will be the exterior, and one will be the interior of the bag

(1) spool of matching all-purpose polyester thread (if using my machine, Guterman is preferred)
(1.5) yards of 1 inch Cotton Webbing for the strap of the bag
