Description
Reversible Tote
Making a reversible tote is one of my favorite projects with new sewists and advanced! So, this project has no pattern and is all measurements, so students learn that the tote can be made any size they wish!
prerequisite: Sewing 101 or Kids Sewing 101
Materials to bring:
(2) half-yard cuts of quilt-weight cotton (44/45″ width)
– one will be the exterior, and one will be the interior of the bag
(1) spool of matching all-purpose polyester thread (if using my machine, Guterman is preferred)
(1.5) yards of 1 inch Cotton Webbing for the strap of the bag
Sewing Machine – In Additional Notes, if you need to borrow a sewing machine, please bring yours if it’s in good working condition.
If borrowing mine, bring a bobbin Class 15 Size 10 and a pack of Size 12 Microtex needles (I do sell both at the studio)
