Prerequisite: Sewing 101 – Basic sewing knowledge – book a private lesson to catch up before the class!

Ages: 12 and up (must be able to work independently)

1/2 yard quilting cotton for backing
3/4 yard of batting
1 fat quarter for binding or (2 packages) premade binding (1/2 inch double fold)
Cotton or All-purpose polyester thread
Size 12 or 14 Microtex sewing needles
Rotary Cutter and mat
Sewing Kit
Quilting rulers – bring at least a ruler
Marking tools
Sewing Machine
Piecing Foot
Iron
Traveling Ironing Board (very useful, you can make one using this tutorial too!)
Supplies included with class:
Sewing machine (use mine, just let me know you need one in the notes)
Handouts
I have two iron to use during class (there might be a line, you might want to bring yours); there will be hand sanitizer for you to put on before using the iron to keep germs at min.
