Ribbon Cutting

This past Thursday, I had my official ribbon-cutting with the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce. It was such a fantastic night of laughter, friends, and new possibilities! Please, if you are in town or around, the Grand Opening is Sept 23rd, 4-8 PM!

Tonight was so unique, filled with family and friends, new faces, and familiar students! I can’t tell you all enough “THANK YOU” for supporting my latest venture. It was something that I was tossed into unexpectedly. Also, it definitely tested my ability to focus and stay on task. I had to do this while running Sew Dayton and working on the new business plan for Needle, Ink, and Thread.

The ribbon-cutting was the first official one I have ever experienced, aside from Decoy Art’s opening, which was so fitting for me to be with them for mine as well!

I am so blessed to be able to continue teaching sewing classes, do what I love, and share it with Beavercreek! The possibilities of cross-promotion and classes with Decoy will be so much fun. I can’t wait to see what we plan out in the next few years! Girl Scouts and more are, for sure, coming to the studio. In addition, there will be guest teachers to explain the classes we can offer! This space might not be huge, but it will be cozy. It is also a great starting point for the new business!
