50 Little Gifts – Fantastic Projects!
So first, I have to say I am so excited for my tooth fairy project to be a part of this book! 50 Little Gifts was the perfect way to get more into the community, to give back. I want to thank Lucky Spool Media and Susanne Woods for letting me be a part of this adventure! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
This book is filled with many incredibly talented artists, sewists, and designers! The projects are easy to follow and fun to make! Excellent holiday, birthday, and “just because” gifts. You will find something for any occasion. These are also great stash buster projects. Wink wink, I know we all have those piles…
Talent Overload Projects – In the best way possible!
This book is overflowing with talented designers, makers, quilters, etc. To be alongside some of these names makes my heart flutter with pride! Some of the projects they have submitted are already released, some are just for this book, and some are the first time in print (this is me!!!), and I want to showcase the fantastic minds that contributed to this book!

I like to make a mug rug that “fits” the person, a mug, and a favorite tea
I like making pillows or pillowcases.
I will usually do something with the cricut machine/vinyl on windows or little personalized cross stitch figures.
I try to make it a little personal, but jewelry, scarves, and pillows are always nice go to gifts.
what is your go to handmade gift for people?
I love it when I get something baked! so awesome! I can’t bake.. but my hubby can 😀
I make items for the kitchen or pillowcases
I love to make initial mason jar mugs as gifts and fill them with little things like socks, lip gloss, and nail files!
I like to do origami and give as small gifts. Works well when a string is added and you can hang it in a window or use as an ornament.
I make things based on the person but mostly I make pouches
i like to crochet too so i make gifts customized for the person. So i made one friend lacey bracelets, another attachable wine coasters, another a purse, etc.
I usually make a little wristlet pouch that incorporates something the person loves or has an interest in. Or crocheted, comfy socks. Those are always a hit.
Recently, I’ve been making tote bags for gifts.
I have recently been sewing up mesh market bags for people! Not only do they use fat quarters and scraps they are great to take to the beach!!
a wheat/rice bag w fabric cover to warm the body during the chilly nights, or just because
Definitely can not go wrong with a good zipper pouch!!!
So COOL!! I have not learned to crochet yet, I am still learning how to knit 😀 but it’s on my bucket list to try!
That is a keeper of a gift then! Sounds like a great quick gift! I love it!!
I’ve been making wine bottle gift bags to give as gifts and they are very easy and people seem to like them more than the bottle of wine inside
I crochet blankets or washcloths
Zippered pouches always seem to be a hit!
Me and my sister will team up I will make cookies she will sew little felt crafts
Scarf or a tote bag.
I’m not particularly crafty, but I love to bake. If it’s a homemade gift, I usually give a tasty treat.
I want to start making these little gifts! What a great idea for a book!
